How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I actually bought the wrong one, I was looking for the one that also can be used without a cord. This one was a lot less expensive though, and does everything the cordless one does except be used without a cord, so I'm happy with my purchase. I love it.
I really like the soft feel of the mouse material, it's overall size and shape and of course the color LED accents on the logo/mouse wheel. For many gamers, they appreciate light mice, but for me, I've always used a heavier mouse and this one feels a bit too light for my personal taste, even with the added small weight provided as an optional insert. I'm getting use to it and overall, I would certainly recommend the mouse for both gaming and everyday use.
I love how simple and reliable this mouse is. It doesn’t add on extra buttons that I never use anyway and it has extra large back and forward buttons, which I use all the time. I also like the texture of the mouse (a slightly rubbery feeling texture). I got this mouse because I kept having issues with my wireless mouse cutting out a lot. This one never has those same issues obviously, which makes a big difference on a high refresh rate display.
I love this mouse, however the Add displays a 25k laser and it the box says 16k on it. But when you go to change the dpi is does allow the full 25,600 range. This is my favorite mouse ever, its comfy to my hand (a lot of people think its too big but I like that) its super responsive and has lasted me a long time.
Bought this for my work desk, works great.
It's a great mouse and fits my hand perfectly, but I've had to replace the first one because the rubber where the thumb sits formed a rut, and that's starting to happen with the second. The rubber sides are good for maybe 2 years before that happens, which is much less than I get from fully plastic mice.
The mouse has 0 issues, I love how there are multiple DPI options, and it is super responsive with nice RGB. However, the right side of the mouse doesn't have a pinky rest area or stop so I find my ring finger touching each other. After long periods it can hurt or feel uncomfortable. Sometimes my pinky will hit the mousepad when I whip as well but like I said that's just me thing.
If you're looking for a mice that can do it all without breaking the bank this is it.
Seriously I don't think I have ever had a complaint with them. If I did it would be I know in a year they come out with a new and better one that I feel I they should give me as a gift for being loyal customer lol
I like the feel of this mouse and I keep the weight in it, because I like a heavier mouse. The action is smooth, the software is easy to configure and it's dependable. The software doesn't do acceleration, you set the speed and that's the speed all the time, unless you change it with the button below the wheel. That took me a while to get used to, since earlier mice I've had did do acceleration, but it turns out to be more dependable and predictable in gaming.
This was the first mouse I've ever actually loved! It was so worth the splurge! Looks nice with my white setup, and I love that it can be used wired or wireless. The dock makes it super convenient to charge! It's very responsive and quick for gaming. Perfect mouse!
Overall, I’m really glad I purchased this mouse, and recommend it!
I absolutely love the design of this mouse.
They changed the cord from a high quality rubber to a braided fabric. Looks cheap now. The cord is hard and it makes the mouse more awkward to use because the cord is stiff and gets in the way more now. Cheap item. Bring back the rubber cord.
This is by far the best wired mice I've ever used so far.
I had my doubts at first because I can't count on both of my hands all of the terrible "gaming" mice I've thrown out, but this one was the one. I have never needed pinpoint accuracy or perfect tracking, what this mouse provides is consistently perfect performance and durability. Other gaming mice are too light and I often overshoot when acquiring the target, but with the provided weight I'm comfortable with my aim. If you need a super accurate and high dpp mouse you definitely won't be purchasing in this price range, but for your average gamer this mouse will never let you down.
Really good mouse. The rgb light looks cool. Mouse is really ergonomic and feels great in my hands.

I game with a friend who is constantly complaining about how bad his mouse is. He got a cheaper "gaming mouse" and it was even worse. I've had the G305 wired before and loved it for years before upgrading. I decided to get this for him on sale and he is raving about it even a month later. He comments on how good it feels in his hand and the lights are an added perk that he likes.
The mouse is great, the features are exactly like what was described. Easy to change Dpi, good response time and fits my hand really well. With the extra weight in it, the weight of it is perfect, even without the weight, it is not too noticeably light. 10/10 would recommend.

This mouse is awesome, highly recommend it. Some key points: i jave big hands and most mouses just sort of feel weird in my hands. This one feels fantastic and fits my hand very well. Comes with a removeble10g weight so if you like a heavier or lighter mouse you can swap ot on and out. Very easy to setup pdi and rgb.
The mouse is very comfortable and the side buttons are easy to reach and you don't have to reach to use them. the clicks are fast and for all of you high DPI gamers it goes to 25,600 DPI. The scrolling is smooth and has some resistance in case you play the first-person shooter and don't want to accidentally switch weapons. overall it's a great mouse and I would recommend it to any gamer.
Bought this one because Tarkov made me slam my fist on the desk and break my old mouse. This one works just fine although personally I disabled the buttons on it other than left and right click and mouswheel because i kept pressing them accidentally. (the software for disabling it was easy to download and use)
It’s lightweight so you don’t have to set you dpi so high, it feels really nice on the hand and responds way better than most mouses
