How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Max volume is plenty loud. It’s an attention getter, but can be quieted down some for trail riding.
Easy to install and charge keeps for months. Loud horn will warn pedestrians.
I bought this product to use with my trek bike really great quality the chimes could be better but still very useful. Most important rule is to make sure you take it with you if you park your bike outside as my first bell got stolen. Would love to see this product come with an attachment to have it permanently installed on the bike but other than that great quality great product
There was an event at my son's school that was a bike competition (Bike Rodeo) where they got points for their bicycles being in good working order and points for safety features such as reflectors, lights, horn, and then points for how they do for each riding event. My son's bicycle had everything except a audible device such as a bell, horn, etc. This thing is perfect! It is rechargeable, can be turned on and off, the volume can be adjusted, the sounds can be changed, and the sounds can be activated via the press of a button on his handlebars. He won 1st place for second grade boys and will be going on to competing in the city event!
I tend to ride on mix use pathways and beach boardwalks where there is a lot of foot traffic. I’ve used dinger bells in the past but they get drowned out my the headphones people are wearing. This works really well and there is one sound option that works really well.
We got this for a golf cart we recently purchased. We generally take a ride on it around our neighborhood every evening after work. It's just a nice way to relax, say howdy to the neighbors and so on.
I just wish the down volume would bring it down to some tolerable decibels for testing even the lowest setting is still blaring.
Installation was simple. I was worried about how secure it was when I transported it on the interstate at 70+ mph but it has stayed firmly put so far.
My bicycle's bell is loud enough in 95% of the cases to politely alert pedestrians on the bike path to please move aside. This electronic bicycle horn, however, is too loud to use at distances less than at least 20 feet from those you're alerting. However, it is PERFECT for when groups of oblivious folks (and stoners who be jammin' with their ear buds) need extra lead time to clear the path.
The wahoo-wahoo sound is also perfect for when lovers, who should get a room, are smooching too passionately in public. Or when a cute, yet dignified lady is bending over and you've got enough momentum to avoid getting slapped.
It is great for pedestrians that are unable to hear or understand "on your left"
Amazingly great Horn with different sounds out of a 10 I would give it an 8 not bad surprises some people when I ride by on my scooter! And they wave and I hit the horn they then give me a great smile.

Love this bike horn. Its rechargeable by micro USB. Its loud but you can control the volume. Very effective to warn walkers & other bicyclists.
Easy to install, has rubber strap and hook to fit most any size handlebars. Has option of four different sounds and very loud.

It is easy to install, comes with several choices of sounds and it works extremely well. After the change I can see vehicles really hear me coming on my bike, not only it is loud but the sounds and somewhat particular and the drives real pay attention! It has become safer to ride my ebike with this horn installed!
