Let me begin with this statement...I hate to mop! I did some research before buying a new mop. This one had lots of great reviews. I even watched video reviews of different "best mops". I was skeptical, but ordered it anyway. It is a GREAT mop! I love the spin basket! It allows me to control the amount of water on the mop head. The microfiber mop head does a wonderful job of cleaning my floor. When I am finished, I step on the mop head and pop it off, then throw it in the washer. My hands NEVER touched the water or the wet mop head! I still hate to mop, but this one gets me through the dirty job nicely!
My mother taught me that scrubbing/cleaning floors is to be done on the hands and knees. I did it that way until recently ordering this mop/bucket. Since I'm in my late 60's I thought it was time to give my knees and back a break! I love this mopping system. The mop head is a good size and the spinner does a great job of "wringing" out the wet mop. It is easy to maneuver the mop head into corners and under furniture.
This is the BEST Spin Mop I have owned. I have had 3 other brands before trying this one. The spin pedal is made so much better than any brand I've used before and that is the part that always broke on the other brands. It will spin the water out of the mop so that is can be used on real wood floors with no problem (when pushing down on the spin pedal, just curl your hand around the mop handle and let it spin around loosely without any grip). I read in previous reviews that the "handle" was too short. That's only because that person had not opened up the handle length properly. It is a little tricky but instructions with diagrams come with the mop set. It actually has a longer handle than any other I've used and it is adjustable for any user height. Loved it so much, purchased another one for my Mom.
Fantastic! I've used a mop for years and recently had to replace it. The newer version was inferior with cheap and thin materials. The pedal cracked the bucket and the company didn't stand by their product. After some research, I bought this. What a difference! The bucket is durable, the pedal is sturdy, and the mop is lightweight! The design enables access to corners easily. The mop head can be removed to throw in the wash if you like or to replace and the wringing mechanism is responds well if you want the mop at variable levels of moisture you desire.
So...I am a cleaning lady..I clean everyday of the week...I have a new client that had this mop/bucket, I was skeptical. I tried it and loved it.
I have tried at least 6 different types of mops & buckets. My house keeper recommended this model (COVID-19 Keeping her home) . WOW was she right about how well it cleans. It is very easy to use, no stress on my arthritic shoulders. The mop heads are a soft microfiber which picks up everything very efficiently. I actually enjoyed mopping!! Highly recommend this for quality, effeciency and good price includes extra mop heads. I like to change the heads when I empty the bucket for fresh water. With marble floors all sandy dirt is picked up. Mop heads go right into the washing machine!
We have porcelain plank tile that is porous, and our old mop wasn't cleaning it to our expectations. It would just push the wet dirt into the grooves, leaving behind grime. Hours after I mopped with our old mop, if I used a paper towel to wipe a spill, that paper towel would be black with dirt and grime. I was so disgusted. I went online and googled "best mop for porous porcelain tile" and the mop came up. I ordered it and was excited to try it out. We use the mop, but also use our feet to wipe it dry with a towel. I'm amazed. With a little elbow grease, it got out years worth of grime in the grooves. My husband just wiped up a water spill with a paper towel - and the paper towel was clean! With three young boys and a dog - our tile is used and abused! But now I know it's clean!
I love this mop! I don't understand any of the negative reviews. I have read some saying it's too small, or that they broke the spinning mechanism - I don't really know how this happened. Mine is the perfect size for the wood floors of my house. If you are expecting something that is ready to do a danceroom floor or something, you need to look more on the industrial side of things.
This mop picks up everything! The wringer is PERFECT. I do a two step process where I first start by getting the floor sopping wet, then I go back through with the mop as dry as I can get it. My floors are completely dry in about 5 minutes. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Please buy this mop!
Let me first say I HATE washing the floor with a regular mop. However, this is FANTASTIC, not only does it do a great job, the floors (both wood, and tiles) look great. Have been raving about this product since I first used it. No more do I hate washing floors, no more wringing out mop heads by hand ugh, this is wonderful. Put the mop head in spinner, spin it dry and just mop. No way could there be an easier and efficient way to clean my floors. Thanks o-cedar!
After trying several other products, this one has become my favorite. We used the mop for years, then tried a mop knock off, all good but on our slate floor they really never lifted the dirt away and would leave dirty water puddles in the grout lines - turning white grout lines brown before long. With this mop, it really grabs the dirt and is more absorbent than anything else I’ve tried. It’s small enough to glide effortlessly over the tiles but made well enough to do a great job of cleaning. It pulls out so much dirt I was astonished how dirty my floors were.
I love this mop and bucket. We have pergo floors that aren't 100% waterproof; however, the spin bucket is able to remove so much water from the mop head that I'm able to easily clean and disinfect the floors without worrying about water soaking into the joints of the boards. I also love that the mop heads are washable. I've purchased several mops in the past, and it gets super frustrating when you need a new mop head and they just don't exist at the store anymore. Sponges and non washable heads get really gross after just a few uses. Would totally recommend this mop system to others.
The wringer is great! You just pump the foot pedal one, two, three, or as many times as you want to get the right amount of liquid in the mop head - the more you spin it the dryer the mop is. This feature really works well. I like three typically. I’m changing the water halfway through and it’s brown! Can’t believe it. Used it several times now and just love it - a pleasant surprise and great design. One of the features I like the most is that the pole collapses and with it in the bucket I can fit it all under my garage sink - totally out of the way. Thank you!
This mop is perfect for home use. It's easy-to-use, it isn't huge (so you can move it around a lot easier), and it's pretty ergonomic, which makes it much easier for your every-man to use -- like me! I mop my floors about once a week and it has done awesome so far!
I love my mopping system! I'm an avid mopper, having hard wood floors throughout my home. This mop and bucket have made mopping so easy. The bucket is lightweight but holds plenty of water. The wringing component is perfect! It allows me to have a dryer mop for hardwoods and a wet mop for bathrooms, etc.... You won't regret this purchase!
Oh, I know I'm going to LOVE this mop. It came today and I mopped my whole house in half the time I have with my old mop(s). It was easy to use and love how the mop head can mop corners and go flat to mop under things I used to have to move (like big, heavy parrot cages and barstools). After reading the other reviews, I almost spooked myself against getting this because I mop a LOT and I didn't want it to break after a few uses but I think the bucket, spinner, and foot pedal are very sturdily made and don't look like they would be prone to breakdown easily. I vowed to never stomp hard on the pedal and treat it gently so it will be around for a long, long time.
I actually had low expectations because I haven't liked any of the other three mops I tried. I am really pleased with this mop. It's not too small and not too big and sloppy. The spinning really does work and it doesn't spray out from the spinning well either. I like how the mop head is triangle so I can get in the corners. Micro fiber does hold dirt instead of smearing it like my Shark brand steam mop or my sponge mop. Five spins worked great for mopping and the 10 or 15 spins at the end really got a lot of moisture out. I never had to touch the mop head.
I never thought a mop could change my life! This mop cuts a least a half hour off my cleaning time and since I can ring it out so well it does a fabulous job on my hardwood floors without worrying about puddles of water which could do damage! I would highly recommend this mop!
Could use some improvement, but of the 4 highly reviewed spin mops I tried, this was the best. Product is at least as sturdy as it's competition, but I wish it was a bit sturdier. They all feel a bit flimsy to be stomping on (or churning butter in the case of twist and shout). This one is well designed, spins very dry (if you want), quickly and easily. Mop heads can pop off, but it isn't a constant problem like the dynamop I got. I like a heavy commercial mop, but my fiance doesn't like to carry heavy water laden commercial size buckets. This is a great lightweight alternative, way better than most consumer mops using other methods for wringing the mop that take a lot more effort to remove a lot less water.
The mop to end all mops. Seriously. Look no further and order this mop. It makes it so easy to efficiently mop your floors. The microfiber mop heads easily pick up dirt and scrub the floor with minimal elbow grease. The mop heads ability to go into the washing machine is great as well! The threads are short so they won't get tangled in your machine. Finally, if you have laminate floors this mop is safe for use because the easy wring action of the mop bucket allows you to ensure the mop is not soaking wet when you go to mop.
