How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
So first off, the first thing I noticed is the double Velcro - IT'S AMAZING - you can completely control how tight you want the trainer to go, and it's so secure I LOVE this feature. Love how tight and secure this feels, I can't wait to see results. I'll update and post pictures once I start seeing results. I wanted to rate it now because I loved how great the double velcro control was!
This is technically my first waist trainer but, I tried previously to buy one and it just and the other company sent the wrong size so I went looking for another brand. Although, this wasn't the kind I wanted originally because I thought it would be bulky, it ended up being very smooth and having a very slimming appearance. I love it!! I am a size small and I can already see the results immediately.
I absolutely love this waist trainer! I needed to size down cause I slimmed down a bit. I measured myself and ordered based on that. Fits perfect. I’m more on the petite side so some waist trainers dig into my ribs and are uncomfortable. This is perfect. Covers all the area you need from your hips up. It’s not uncomfortable as many trainers are. I wear it for working out and it does increase sweating. It’s also very comfortable to wear while working out. If you’re hesitant, just buy it cause you won’t regret it!
When I started doing research on waist trainers I realized there are so many brands and types. I wasn't sure what was right for me. Initially, I ordered one that was more of a corset with eye hook closures because I thought I could wear it comfortably under clothes like a corset. But I sent it back because it was too small and smelled funny. So I started searching for another brand/style when i rediscovered ShaperX. I love it! No funny smell. I am 5ft 3in and have a short torso. I ordered the 2x which fits comfortably covering my entire torso from just under my bra line to my waist. I tried wearing it under my clothes but it is a bit bulky and I find it more comfortable to wear on top of my tank top. It is easy to adjust the tightness. Mostly, I am wearing it to the gym when I workout. Many people use for cardio workouts, but it is also great for weight training. You will work up a good sweat either way. I have also worn it around the house or while doing work on the computer. Added benefit is It improves my posture also by making me stand up straighter and no slouching will sitting at my desk. I highly recommend.
Once I put it on correctly holy moly did it take a lot of pressure off my back! when I sat, I it instantly set up straight and alleviated my lower back pain. It is very adjustable I think the object is to get the small velcros overlap but that's not happening right now that's my goal!! I could wear it for about 3 hours and I had to take it off. Will slowly work up to a full 8hr work day, while I'm working from home. Keep me from eating all the snacks. Will definitely work out in it!
I've only had this for a few days but am very please with it. It is wide enough and firm enough to provide the lumbar support I was hoping for. I have tried back support belts in the past, but they were flimsy, very narrow, and tended to roll up and be even narrower. This one is significantly wider, has heavier material, as well as vertical stays, and the velco used is industrial strength material. It's easy to put on and remains in place.
I like how it fitmy mid section.
I could wear this for 15 mins and see the difference. For me, it's hard to sit and drive in because I have a short torso, but I definitely recommend.
This binder does what it is supposed too. Makes you very mindful of recruiting the abdominal muscles when being active and also improves posture. Material is very durable and is easy to put on. Provides great support for the core!
I bought lot of waist trainer but it gives me pain but this is the longest I have worn waist trainer and don't feel anything

I’m 5’2 and currently 143 lbs (just weighed myself yesterday and I’m so not happy with that number) I digress...whenever I’m cleaning around the house...going for a walk with my husband, or just out running errands I like to put on my SHAPERX. Depending on what I’m doing I wear it tighter or looser. Now ladies...like I said I now weigh more than I did when I purchased this item but when I wear it tight...i can only wear it for a short period of time because my ribs literally start hurting. But besides that...I ALWAYS wear a light weight tank underneath. And I’m absolutely starting to see results. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING LIKE SPANX THAT YOU CAN THROW A SEXY DRESS OVER TOP OF IT AND WALK OUT THE DOOR!!!! It’s meant to shape your waist over time so that you get that Kardashian skinny waist.
This is my 2nd purchase! The 1st one lasted about 3 yrs. I primarily use it to strength train. It provides enough support to hold your tummy in. The top Velcro can add extra firmness when needed! I haven’t done abs in this but would think it’ll restrict you.
I Love this Shaperx. It is exactly what I wanted. It definitely makes you sweat in the mid section which is exactly what I wanted. It also supports your lower back when doing certain exercises. It doesn't slip on you while working out. You don't even notice that you have it on, it is that comfortable. I definitely would buy this product again.
I love love love this!! It was super comfortable and supportive. I normally have mid to lower back and hip pain, I didn’t feel any discomfort from any of my problems areas all day. It also gave me great back support, helped my posture tremendously!!! I had it on for 11 hours the first day and was so pleased with my purchase! I already recommended it to a co worker :-)
Wish it was just another 3 o 4 inches longer, but the velcro is very strong and I am able to keep it secured.

I like this product way better than the previous waist trainer I had bought in which I had to tighten the lace in the back and try to buckle the metal buckles in the front.
This product works very well I ordered a medium , I am 5’41/2 ft tall and 165lbs and it’s really tight, in hindsight I should have ordered a large but my mid section doesn’t stick out so much so I was scared a large would be too big. Yet instill it works really well I have worked out in it a few times and it did make me sweat really good in my mid section. As far as comfort it’s not that comfortable ( but that could be due to me not getting a large) either way it’s an overall good product, I would recommend!!!!

I got the solid black one and it's been working well as a mid-lumbar support. I have an old back injury that requires support when lifting and doing certain chores and this was a decent option for the price. The velcro is thick and very adjustable just be careful not to wrap it too tight. It makes you look thick like a sexy sausage around the middle rather than hourglass, but that doesn't matter very much to me as I just want something that offers good support and this fulfills that purpose.
I ordered a small. I wear a 9 in jeans my waist is already small just looking to tone up a bit . This is the best purchase I ever made online in all my 22 years the waist trainer smells wonderful the packing was so clean and fresh it fits perfectly I’m very avid about working out now i can’t wait to wear it I also ordered this waist trainer with prime at 7:30 am today and I received it at 11:30am and delivery wasn’t until 6pm I was like wowwww that’s the quickest I’ve ever gotten a package I felt like a priority Lol
It will take some getting used to. I tried other waist transactions and they kept breaking. I know it will take at least a year to achieve anything long lasting. That's everyday for 8 hours and then twice a week for 8 hours to keep what I achieved. But this is the best waist trainer I ever bought. I hate the bones sticking me and with this I won't have any of those problems. So you know you will have to committ to this if you want to see lasting results.
I liked how it fits and how comfortable it is. It fits great and I can’t wait to start using it.
