How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I like the bands so far (1 week in). They seem very durable and the quality seems better than other bands I've purchased. I have mostly used them to add linear variable resistance to barbell exercises, although I've also experimented with doing bicep curls and pushups with them at the end of workouts. I went with these specifically because they are layered and I wanted to reduce the likelihood of the band snapping in the middle of an exercise.
I just received my bands and I cannot say enough about what a quality product they are. I looked at many different power bands and these are far and above the best that I have ever used. They are easy to use, come in a storage bag and are accurate to the resistance level that I need to help perform pull-ups and many other stretching exercises.
I am a recovering cancer patient and experienced a serious loss of muscle mass and strength due to chemo therapy, my physical therapist started me out on bands to increase strength, worked well. I later shifted over to dumbbell weights but they're a bit inconvenient to travel with and really don't work that well for some exercises. I also wanted something that I could use to strengthen my legs, the Bionic Bands work very well for this and I feel I'm less likely to injure myself than with free weights. I also tried them to help increase my pull ups, seems to help so far.
I just received my power bands and they’re amazing! The smallest one is perfect for stretching my pecs and shoulders before lifting and I will be using the others for a variety of exercises like adductor/abductors, glutes, tricep extensions, band assisted ab rollouts and band assisted pull-ups. I have an anterior impingement in my left hip and the largest band is great for my PT exercises. I just got them, but I am excited to get stronger and these bands are exactly what I was looking for.
Still trying to learn how to use these efficiently but I really wanted something that I felt safe using, and I feel confident that these bands won't break on me! So far I've used it for assisted pull-ups, squats, shoulder presses, bicep curls, and stiff leg dead lifts. I feel like when you're stuck using bands you have to get creative, and once you get those creative juices flowing anything is possible!
As I have ‘matured’ from wrestler to Marine to business man, and now settling into my 50’s I finally understand the importance of stretching and strength toning. The power bands are critical tool for me as I work from home to be able to ensure that the static nature of sitting in my home office doesn’t allow me to lose valuable flexibility. I am especially grateful for the various sizes, since we know one size does not fit, and the variable resistance is a big help getting the right stretch. I can easily spend anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes a day at this point keeping limber. This is a great value for the money.
I also used them for squats and leg extensions. I tore and MCL during my college football days and resistance band trading is the best way to keep my legs and tendons strong.
Love these bands! I’ve used several tension bands in the past but none as good as these. What really sets these apart is the double sided feature, it doesn’t seem like much, but trust me it is. Most bands on the market are single bands and when stretched they do not retain their full tension. These bad boys are tense all the way through, from start to finish. These are a must for all serious athletes and power lifters and will Make you stronger 10/10. These are so great I’ve gotten May buddies to buy some as well. I recommend these for anyone looking to start their fitness journey or to take their training to the next level.
I purchased a set of the power bands about three weeks ago. These bands have been a great addition to my workout equipment. They are well made and I have had no issues with them. They allow me to expand the types of exercises and also complete many more pull ups with correct form than without them. I would highly recommend these bands
Good quality resistance bands are hard to find right now and I only needed 2 lighter resistance bands but I bought the set and Im so glad I did. These bands have a gloss on them that will probably slow the usual oxidation that occurs and they feel very robust and are really tight out of the package. They have a straight, even pull. Because I bought the entire set I am able to do a greater variety of excercises to fatigue. Its important to learn the excercises and do them correctly so give yourself some time, look over instruction material on-line or watch youtube videos but be patient and you will have great work outs.
Let me say this I LOVE IT. I’m new to this resistance bands and knowing there’s manny out there in the market , I was iffy about choosing different brands and their issues. I am glad I made the right decision.
I decided the purchase these fitness bands due to the seemingly defined quality of the product and the quantity of resistance bands offered in a bundle. I primarily use them for bicep warm-ups and as an assist to pull-ups. I must say that these bands may stretch a good bit when in use, but they do not feel like they would break at all. They feel like they are truly high quality. This is the first of its kind that I have bought, and I am happy with the purchase.
Highly recommend for people that want a level of cardio within their free weight training and people with serious join injuries looking to recover or keep their existing injuries pains at bay and strong.
Just used these bionic flex resistance bands... must say these are designed for the gym rat that is looking for. Good challenge in all aspects of their workout. I used these bands for curls, triceps press, and shoulder press.. very versatile equipment.
I just received the bands this week, so have only had a couple of days to try them out. Thus far, they are great. I used some for stretching before working out and the smallest one to give slight assistance to pull-ups. I will be taking a flight to Florida this weekend and plan to bring a couple of the bands with me so I don't totally miss out on workout exercises while there.
I purchased these resistance bands a couple of weeks ago and you can tell right away that these are of higher quality when compared to my first purchase from the previous brand. They have a much smoother stretch, yet the material seems stronger and softer than the previous bands. Two of the bands I purchased from a previous vendor about a year ago have already snapped, which forced me to look at other options. I'm really happy with my purchase of these resistance bands and would recommend if you're looking for a quality resistance band.
Great bands! I love the pliability of these bands. They wrap easily around the rack or dumbbells compared to bands that I have used in the past. They are also well-made. These bands are a perfect accessory for adding resistance to your workouts without taking up a ton of space. I would highly recommend these for fitness professionals, or home workouts enthusiasts alike.
I was sceptical about buying bands online so I only ordered the green band to test it out. Delivery was smooth and the band comes with two little bags, one is a ziplock type bag and the other is a black bag with a draw string. I wanted to really stress the band to test quality of it. I used it for chin-ups and many other exercises expecting it to bust but to my surprise it held up. I used it outside on the pavement with shoes on and besides the scuffs that were wiped away easily there was no damage to the band itself. I used it for about three weeks and decided I'd go all in and buy the whole set. The full set of bands come in a similar way only bigger bags to fit all them in. I'm extremely satisfied with this product and enjoy that I can get a great workout with only this one set of resistance bands. Start out with the lighter bands for a warm up and go all in with the heavier bands. With all the gyms closed this is an excellent purchase to fill the gap.
These bands are slightly softer and more flexible allowing them to be slightly wider to the same resistance. They are more comfortable on my hands because of this. Worth paying more for the good bands, my old bands were the cheep single color that you see all over the place and like these much better. Although I have my doubts about the durability that they clam because it doesn't make sense how a softer material would be more durable against cuts and scraps. They seem durable enough and am not concerned about them getting cut or broken easier than the harder material bands. Over much better than the cheep single color power bands.
I didn't want to spend the $549 on an X3 bar so I found this band and bought these bands. Save a ton of money. They bands are great and travel well. Incredibly strong and well built. Super happy with my purchase.
Just got these bands and super impressed. The design is definitely an eye catcher. I love how sturdy and well made they are. All of the bands seem very easy to use and are being broken into well with being able to stretch. These are definitely a game changer to my at-home workouts sessions and super excited to have these added to my repertoire. My only issue is the red band(I understand is the heaviest band) just doesn't seem to stretch as well as I was expecting. Im hoping I just need to break the red one in more for it to be a little more functional.
I own mostly high quality heavy free weight gym equipment (squat rack, dumbbells, plates, benches, etc) and a couple of battle ropes. Although these bands don't scream hard core workout equipment, they provide a pretty good amount of tension and definitely useful with pre-warmup stretching or taking on the road to keep muscles from degrading while away.
It has been some time since I was able to do an unassisted pullup. I can use a chair but it is wobbly and you can't be sure you are providing the same support each time you do the pullup. How close is the chair, how much leg are you putting into it. I have tried other pullup assist tools but none of them allowed me to do a pullup. I bought the complete set of bands here. Using the top two bands at the same time (Black and blue) I am able to do pullups and am currently up to about 6. I feel I can decrease the bands over time to get myself up to unassisted. I am about 210lbs and the bands support me without trouble. Very satisfied.
I love the layered construction of the resistance bands. I was looking for layered resistance bands, and not molded resistance bands. I received four resistance bands and that is more than enough to have a full body workout, as I mainly use only two resistance bands. The resistance bands are capable of providing numerous exercises. I believe these bands will last a long time with proper care. The construction of it is above expectations. I have recommended these bands to other people and they are happy with them as well.
