How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Works exactly as advertised. I use it inside and outside to run a modified 1967 jukebox. It is impossible to tell the difference in sound quality between a direct connection and this BT device. I use a noise filter, but I am not certain it is needed for this receiver. The filter is mainly used to filter out noise from the florescent lights inside the jukebox. Over the last 3 years, I have tried several different manufactures of BT receivers and this is the best yet.
I cannot stress how awesome this is. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, connects quickly, and the sound quality is great! Stop looking around, you’ve found your solution!

My old Bluetooth FM transmitter died, it was pretty reliable though, lasted like 2 years, spent like $20 on it. It only died because I crushed the power cord when folding one of the seats. So I had to make a choice on what I was going to get to replace it.
Works flawlessly. Phone connects as soon as the key of my car is turned. It's also very discrete so I imagine thieves will think its just a wire. My car is now bluetooth capable!
Have another one of these from another brand and they work great very little noise and excellent sound quality I got to say BT has come a long way in the past 15yrs I honestly can barely tell the difference if at all if your car is old but you have an aux and don’t want to buy a new stereo this is the way to go and with no battery you can just plug connect and forget about it
It works exactly as advertised. It turns on and off with the car. It has a comfortable length to the charger. There is a hum if you have the car volume turned up all the way - but as they said, it’s fixed by turning the volume up from your phone and leaving the volume down a little on the car, this leaves plenty of clear volume for me in my Jeep - which is a loud car.
I've got an older pioneer radio that doesn't do Bluetooth until now. I picked this product because it's USB powered and connects to an aux in. Both of those ports are right next to each other on this head unit so I didn't even have to unwind the cable, not bad. Sound quality for streaming music from Spotify is acceptable at reasonable volume levels, sounds way better than the Bluetooth rig in my other vehicle. Phone pairs right back up with this Bluetooth when I start the car with a couple pleasant beeps over the car speakers to confirm. Overall this is an awesome little gadget especially for the low price. Will update if anything goes wrong.
Best Bluetooth adapter I've ever used. Connects automatically after setup. No fumbling with wires after the fact.
Works great easy to use. But if connection is lost I have to unplug and plug back in for it to reconnect.

What more can I say? It is a superb piece of equipment and I like it very much (plus my wife is pleased too) and I give it my highest recommendation.
First impressions:. this is so simple and unobtrusive but does exactly what I need without any fuss. Simply plug into a USB port and the aux input and that's it. It turns on and pairs automatically when I start the car, no fussing with holding down a power button for 5 seconds. Pairs very quickly. I don't use it for phone calls so can't comment on the mic. the audio cable is pretty short, maybe 8 inches, but is very flexible (cloth wound) and doesn't get in the way. I love it, hope it lasts.
Works as advertised. Turn your old car into a Bluetooth-enabled receiver. My car happened to have a USB and "iPod" aux input I never used hidden in the center console armrest. So I plug this in once and never worry about it again. It connects to my phone media as soon as I start the car. I don't know why I didn't think to get this years ago. Buy it.
if you have an older car with no bluetooth this is the perfect device for you. it auto connects as soon as the car is turned on and your bluetooth is on. sounds fine. and i can use it to hands free as well. the mic is not the best fyi. but its still passable.
This little gadget right here is excellent! Auto connect when getting in or starting car. Luckily my Buick lacrosse aux jack and USB plug are next to each other in the armrest, so I don't have it showing or in the way. The only issue that someone COULD have with it set up this way, is the microphone for phone calls would be in armrest muffins your voice....which isn't an issue at all for me, because I HATE talking on speaker phone. Great sound. SIMPLE 5 second setup. No connectivity issues as of yet, and have used it everyday since getting it. I will order another for a back up, thats how well it works for me.
Perfect for my older car! I have an auxiliary input ( headphone jack) and a USB charging port but no Bluetooth in my car, until now! No messing around with buttons I just leave it plugged in to both ports and it pairs to my phone automatically when I start it and disconnects when I turn my car off! Doesn't sound any different than when I just plug in to the auxiliary! And people say the sound quality during a call is better than when I'm just on tje phone itself!

The radio that I have in my classic mustang does not have Bluetooth but does have an auxiliary port on the back. I ran an aux cord from the back of the radio to the inside of the center console where I have a USB charging port. Plugged this adapter in, connected to it, and like magic, I can now stream music from my phone which was all I really wanted to do. This car is pretty loud and is a convertible so you can imagine my surprise the first time I actually took a phone call using this adapter and the other party didn't know. In fact, when I asked how it sounded they were shocked that I was driving at the time because they couldn't hear any background noise. Maybe my phone filtered out some of the background noise but I still thought it was pretty good that the microphone could pick up my voice while it was inside of the closed center console.
I put it in my truck and will buy it for for my vintage preamp. It just needs an adapter to RCA and a USB power.
My new car has USB and aux input, so I looked at many of the more expensive options, and on a whim, I bought this... The cheapest one I found. Turns out it is pretty darn awesome. I had to just plug it into the USB and aux port that are side by side in my 2013 Mini Cooper hardtop. Selected aux, and that's it... it worked perfectly with my Samsung galaxy s7 Connects within 2 seconds of putting the keys in the car, and seems to work every single time without fail Sound quality is good... I highly recommend this product for people with mini, BMW, etc but any car that provides a USB and aux output, especially right next to each other, should work perfectly with it
