How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Like I really needed another kitchen gadget... But I am very happy with this purchase. I would recommend this narrow-function tool to anyone with sufficient kitchen drawer space. I bought this for a grilled whole chicken recipe which called for cutting the spine out of the bird to make it lay flat. While a good heavy knife worked fine, it was just a matter of time before it slipped and cut me (and I would prefer not to abuse my good knives to cut through bones), and whacking chickens with a cleaver results in bits and drips scattered about (ugh, more clean up). These poultry shears made my recipe easy to prep - for reference I am working with 4- to 5-pound fryer chickens. The spring-loaded handle feature is nice, but since I only do one chicken for the meal it's not of huge benefit to me personally. I also like that it can be disassembled easily for cleaning
They perform to the task of poultry shears. They don’t fall apart when cutting, they are sharp as required, and they clean well (come apart at the right time) after. Give them a try..price is not unreasonable either. Try the brand..you won’t be disappointed.
I’ve used this twice to spatchcock chickens for bbq’ing and smoking and it worked exactly how I wanted it to. It cut through the chicken like it was nothing. Waiting to do a turkey, but I don’t think it will be anymore difficult.
I love my two-piece Cutco scissors (used/abused for over 20 years now), but they're straight bladed, not good for cutting the backbone out of whole chickens. These were recommended by a couple of chefs I know, and I couldn't be happier. Well, maybe a redesign on the spring return is in order; this feels a bit lightweight, but overall I can't ding the product too much for something which hasn't broken yet. Using these, you feel in complete control cracking through bones, and that means they're WAY safer to use than general-purpose heavy scissors.
I deboned/separated a few raw chickens with this and have used it several times since I bought it and WOW it works great! I did alot of research before I bought these because I am so sick of buying things that work once or twice and break - so far, these shears are perfect for my application - easy to maintain/wash i haven't had any trouble with the spring opening unexpectedly as mentioned in some reviews.
I bought this 2 days before Thanksgiving, in order to cut out the turkey's backbone and cook it using the spatchcock method. The shears arrived in time, and were all that was promised and more. The turkey was delicious! (unfortunately I didn't think to include them in the photo). The other positive reviews helped me decide to purchase these shears, plus the OXO brand is trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.
Love these things. I don’t think Shears are going to be significantly different in their basic ability to cut. Not exactly rocket science. Where these win is in their build quality and easy of use. Most importantly, easy of cleaning and taking apart. My last shears had a steel spring mechanism that was hard to take apart, and harder to clean. That mechanism eventually started to rust. These are so easy to disassemble, and clean - like 2 seconds of effort, that I don’t avoid using them, as I did with my last pair. Buy with confidence.
I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews so that alone should tell you that these are 100% worth the buy. They are a little pricier but for good reason. Nothing on these shears feel cheap or flimsy. There was good thought put behind the design of these. I use these primarily to spatchcock chicken and trim other chicken meat. The shears cut like butter through meat and bone. I was really surprised how well they operate. They have a safety lock feature that keeps them closed while you're not using them which is nice. They also come apart easily in 2 pieces for quick and effective cleaning which is key. They have a nice weight and feel to them which to me means quality. I recommend this product for anyone that wants to trim meat and cut through soft bones with no problems. Look no further, It is completely worth the buy.
These cut through the backbone of a 6 pound chicken effortlessly. They are a little clunky, but that is good - nobody else will want to use them. Tired of S.O. and/or kids dulling up and abusing your good kitchen shears because you keep them in a convenient spot in the kitchen ? These are perfect - they won't be able to figure them out, and will move on. People complain about the spring, but I don't have an issue at all. Good buy.
I bought these as a gift for my BIL. He used them to spatchcock the Thanksgiving turkey and he was very happy with them. He said they worked great They were very comfortable and easy to use. Since you guys don't know my brother in law I can only say him liking something is better than the good housekeeping seal of approval. He is the pickiest human being I know and only accepts the best of everything. These things are awesome and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
These shears are wonderful, just what I have come to expect. The design is perfect: that flat-sided handle means you can get a good, strong grip when working with poultry (which always means slippery hands), and it also gives you far more leverage than you would have with traditional shears, because you're using the palm of your hand, not just your thumb.
I have severe arthritis in my hands. These make cutting up whole chickens so much easier than my regular poultry sheers.
I often struggled to cut up a whole chicken, even with very good chef’s knives. This sucker plowed through the bone, cartilege, back bone, etc. Really made it sort of fun to cut up the chicken. Took no time at all. I immediately sent my parents one of these. It is a winner!
I used these scissors for the first time to cut up a chicken and they did not disappoint. They cut through the bones like butter. The scissors are well made. They have a good feel to them and they also have a very expensive look. I had a pair of scissors that had a plastic handle and the scissors broke apart and launched a piece of plastic that just missed hitting my husband in the eye while he was cutting up some bones. These scissors have the metal going all the way through the handle so we won't be having that problem again. Highly recommend these scissors.
Excellent quality.
Easy to clean, but also very important, this cuts very well, and is very strong, will not bend. You can spatchcock quails in no time with that, and I am confident chickens and rabbits would not be a problem either. If you ever used or watch someone use some poultry shears that are not good, they have to cut again... it's a mess. I have zero regrets for spending a bit more on this one.
Just bought these because I wanted to spatchcock a fresh chicken and a fresh turkey. These shears worked perfectly. The design is excellent and they come apart easily for cleaning. If anything, they come apart a little too easily, as they did come apart when I was struggling a bit with the turkey. But, it was my first time using them, so I may just need more practice. Oxo for the win, this time and every time!
We've been through several kitchen scissors, and these are by far the best. They come apart so easily, you just turn and pop them apart to wash. No small parts, just two. I recommend washing and drying immediately after use to keep them nice. Great for those with neuropathy or arthritis, easy to hold. Other scissors get rusty, don't come apart to wash (eew), and start to get so stiff it's hard to cut. These are the best I've used!
I own several kitchen shears, broke a couple. This one with a curved blade can cut thru the back of a chicken to make spatchcocked chicken with ease. Well made. Definitely deserves a place in my kitchen.
They come apart for cleaning, as all good shears do, very easily, and clean up well. They also have a nice, kind of authoritative weight to them: you know you're holding good quality. I have held shears heavier than these, and yes, they would last a lifetime. But I would take these over those any day. And these will probably still last nearly a lifetime!
These shears are sharp and easy to clean. They seem quite durable so they should last years. Easy to take apart.
I bought these to replace some poultry shears that I busted the last time I tried to spatchcock a turkey. These held up and did a fantastic job. They went through the thickest bones with ease. I only had to use both hands on one cut. They do come apart somewhat easily if you open them too wide trying to manoeuvre them, but it wasn't a major problem for me. Loved that they came apart to clean though. Highly recommend
Seemingly strong and sharp
I bought these to replace an older pair and am so happy I did. They work Great! It made cutting up 4 lbs. of chicken wings an easier task than ever before. My hand used little to no effort because of the ergonomic handle and they fit comfortably in my hand. Very important to me is that they can be taken apart to thoroughly clean them. It can make for a great gift for someone who loves to cook. I highly recommend this product.
