How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I've owned different ear phones but these are by far the best yet, I like the way they stay attached to my ear and don't cause pain.
I bought these after returning a set of oepn-ear headphones that hooked behind my ears. These have amazing sound quality and the battery lasts all day at work. My ears get a little tired after a few hours with them in, but i just take a break then put them back when i'm ready. I can wear just one if I need a little more clarity of what is going on around me.
These are the best pair I’ve ever had.
I wanted some sport earbuds for running that would still allow some environmental awareness. The ones that go over the ears are always too big and combined with my glasses is too much on my ears. I have small ears for an adult and worried they wouldn’t stay on but I had zero issues on my 2.5 mile run today. They’re super comfortable to wear long term and the battery longevity is pretty decent. I’m aware there are more expensive, better sounding earbuds out there but these fit the bill for what I needed/wanted. I would definitely recommend!
Used once lasted a couple hours however these are great I have been looking for something like this for a very long time I absolutely love how comfortable they are the in ear traditional ear buds hurt my ears and I can't wear them for long but these I was able to wear comfortably for a few hours
I've had for about a week and been using them on a daily basis and have no issues so far. No problem with phone conversations I can hear and be heard clearly and they fit comfortable.
These are excellent. I’ve used them for a week now (3 workouts and 2 kayak trips) and they stay on your ear and more importantly, you don’t know they are even there.
I didn't expect much when I bought these, but ended up really liking them. Everything, from the user manual to the notifications, are in Chinese (I assume), but someone posted the directions in English in the questions. They sound decent enough, and I don't even realize I'm wearing them! I walk outside for at most a couple of hours, and can hear the music well enough and can hear everything else as well.
The only complaint i have is the volume is not loud enough for "me." The connectivity to my phone in distance is great. I was on a flight and i left my phone playing and went to the bathroom and i was shocked i still had connection. Great buy for my money
It works great, it just hurts my ear after a while. But the shipping and everything was great.
They are comfortable most of the time. I work long shifts and I use these to watch videos. About 6 hours in is when it starts to hurt which is pretty good when you consider how long you're wearing them. They charge super fast and so does the case.
The sound quality is great and they are very comfortable. I however do not like how quickly they die. I work outside all day and depend on my music to keep me moving. They are perfect for short period of time.
For those that need a comfortable pair of headphones, these are hands down the most comfortable ones you’ll ever find.
I had low expectations for these because they are so inexpensive in comparison to other open ear headphones, but wanted to try them because of how they go on the side of the ear. I love the way they go on the ear. I wear glasses and these are so comfortable. I can’t speak to music quality. I listen to podcasts and audiobooks and these are just as good as the $149 pair I have for that purpose; these suit me perfectly.
These are so light I forget it’s there. Great for what it’s designed for which is to not have something in the ear canal. These sit close to the ear canal. So if your exspecting great sound that’s not going to happen bc it’s not IN the ear. But I listen to a lot of podcast and videos. So if your like me and tired of having something in your ear if you fall asleep then wake up with your ear hurting and sore these are for you. I even walked on treadmill no problem. The backs are flexible so it’s comfortable and they stay on my small ears. I don’t use volume on earbud I adjust my phone volume so I can’t speak to that or call quality. Had them a few days now and so far so good!

I love these. I am not a fan of regular ear buds and wanted something I could comfortably wear all day. I like that you can hear your music and sounds around you.
Sound is great they really stay in place. I have 2 you twins so I'm always running everywhere with them and I haven't lost one.
These ear cuffs are amazing. I use them on the road, in the gym, and while studying and I never worry about losing them. The sound is very clear.
Didn’t have my hopes high, but I was rather impressed. Sound better than my wife’s aftershockz, and I barely feel them on.
Excellent for the price except made my ears a lil sore after a few hrs but honestly, I expected that so. Still, a great product
Was looking for an alternative to ear buds which are starting to bother me when wearing. Just got these and they are great. Was worried about how they would feel on the outer ear, but they are very comfortable, barely noticeable. Sound quality so far is wonderful and controls are easy to use.

I listen to audiobooks daily, but I can no longer stand anything inside my ear canal or covering my ears. My family has gotten to listen to more than one audio book as I've been cleaning the house, until these came and changed everything. Now I can listen with comfort!
