How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I would definitely recommend this 3-in-1 multi charger to friends and family. In fact, I’ve already ordered a few more to give as Xmas presents - being a useful and functional gift which I’m sure will appreciated by all.
Got tired of dealing with the chaotic and ugly sight of multiple chargers and cords laying about to keep my family’s varied iPhones, ear buds and Apple watches powered up. Did my due diligence looking for a multi charger which would alleviate the daily battle with the electronic rat’s nest before settling on the 3-in-1 Charging Station.

My wife and I just got new IPhones & Apple Watches. With IPods that’s three plugs, so I was looking for a charging station with average charging ability that can hold the thick case of my cellphone and iPods. Well after looking at many chargers and reading the reviews, we decided on this one. I wanted two but I only ordered one to see if it would fit our needs. Well this one came and I see why it got all those great reviews! It’s 100% what I wanted. I don’t write reviews unless I feel strongly about a product, well here’s my review! Great product and even better, I got it overnight. Wow! I’m ordering two more as we speak!
This is a great charger. Just rest your phone on the charging pad, and snap your watch onto the magnetic watch charger. It works perfectly every time, and it's simple to use.
I bought this to replace a cheaper wireless charger that I got a few months ago and this is worth every penny so far. It consistently charges both my phone & watch the entire time they're on the charger (my old one would drop the charge for a second then start back on, which would light up the screen when it started charging again, which is annoying in the middle of the night). There are also no indicator lights on the base stand except one very small, pinhole light on the backside of the phone stand that lights up when the phone is on it, which you can't even notice unless your staring directly at it from the side. Its a compact design that doesn't take up too much space on my nightstand but also isn't claustrophobic. 10/10 would buy again.
I bought this charging station so I could consolidate all of my devices to one place to charge. I admit I was skeptical at first because I have been burned in the past by other chargers, but this thing exceeded my expectations! Charges just as good as using my original Apple lightning chargers without having 3 different cords for my phone, Airpods and watch! Just one cord plugs into the station and everything you need is built right in…just set your device onto the charger and you are set! Small enough to pack for trips too!!
I’ve been using this for a couple of months now. I was initially hesitant to buy based on reviewer feedback of chirping noises. But so far so good. It’s orderly, convenient, looks really nice on the nightstand and charges my iPhone 11 and Apple Watch 6 great. I only had one problem the second week where the iwatch charger on the station stopped working. I unplugged the station from the power supply for a good 5 minutes for hard reboot, plugged it back in and everything was working again. No issues since then. By the way I did try one of Belkin’s newer chargers bought direct from Belkin thinking newer would be better. That one started chirping within 5 minutes of being plugged in. Go figure, old tech ended up being better. Give it a shot.

I always have so many devices to charge and so many cables so having a way to consolidate them is seriously amazing! This charger is so cool because it multitasks and performs several functions in 1. It has a removable magnetic RGB light that is cordless, rechargeable and can be used anywhere. It has 7 color options.

My nightstand has always had an entanglement of charging cables, not to mention the surge protector needed to charge everything. This charging station has cleaned up my nightstand AND erased the frustration I suffered nightly while trying to find my cables. This charger is so convenient and sleek and I love that I can charge my iPhone, airpods, and apple watch at the same time using only ONE outlet AND only taking up a tiny bit of space. Get it! You won't regret it!
My husband and I keep these on our bedside tables. They work great!!! I wouldn't recommend them for travel as they are too bulky. But they are used every night by us, and we have had no problems. Even when we have a power outage, when the power comes back on these great devices go right back to charging. When the phone is charging a faint green light is illuminated on the side so it's easy to tell even when the phone is dark that the inductive charging is taking place. The magnetic inductive charger for the watch holds the watch in a position that it works as a clock. And when it goes dark, just a nudge of the table and it lights up. Honestly, I can vaguely remember fumbling for cords to plug in, but it seems like we've enjoyed these chargers forever!!!

Another benefit for me and I think some people will see it differently, I can't scroll in bed while charging which may have happened more frequently than I care to admit since the phone has to stay on the charging dock. The charging power for the Apple Watch portion is not as quick as the one that comes with your watch, not an issue, but definitely something I noticed. The phone appears to charge as quickly as the original charger would.
I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a 3 in 1 charging station!!
Well... can I just say this one stand has cleaned up my nightstand. There's no more cords running around or to change and pull. No more sharing cords which I do between my Airpods and my phone. I never thought the cord thing was that big of an issue, but it is definitely a change I am glad I made. It's small enough to bring with you for traveling if you keep the original box.

I have had this charger for a month now and it is the best! I have recommended this to several people as well. It is space saving and I can charge my iPhone 14 Pro Max, Apple Watch 45mm and AirPods all at the same time without the mess of a bunch of cords. It looks nice on my night stand without the clutter of multiple charging items. I use a pop socket on my case for my phone which takes away the magnetic charge on the back. However this product I plug my phone into and the plug moves making it easier to plug my phone in. The phone stands upright so I can see my notifications without having to take it off the charger.
I would purchase again.

This product is well made. The charge is quick in regards to wireless chargers and very simple to rest and go. There is a subtle lip that ensures the phone isn't going to move and stays centered to the charger so you don't have a slight movement where the charge is no longer. The only exception would have been a third bay for wireless charging earbuds; however, they do provide an auxiliary cable plug-in for a third device which is a fair middle ground.
