How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
We had many flies for few days and we left it power on all day. It killed all the fly. It cannot kill a fly right away but it can give great damage. No problem to kill a mosquito for sure.
I’ve been replacing all our battery fly seaters for the rechargeable ones and I liked that these came in a double pack. The rackets are sturdy and good quality. They recharge quickly and seem to last quite a while. They come with cables, instructions and whatever else you may need. I think this is wonderful deal cause I paid as much for just one racket only a little while ago. Overall, I am very happy with these.
They work great and stay charged for a long period.
just have to say that THESE are AMAAAZING!! YOU know when you have a regular fly swatter? Soon as you pick it up it's like the flies turn into super flies and you can never get them! BUT WITH these babies....there is no way that happens! We like to grill alot and eat outside at lakes and parks when the weather is warm! We have these always! Once we get a couple flies with them , most flies stop coming around! We've also hung then in a tree close by and they act as portable but zapper anywhere you go! The charge lasts hours and to charge them up only takes about an hour! Love these!!! Recommend them to anyone that like out door activities without the hassle of the pests!
I live in Florida and we have all kinds of bugs year round. I like that the racket is large like a tennis racket and easy to charge. Works great!
Excellent product and store
I just have this electric fly swatter for almost three days, but I really love it. It works as it should be. Firstly, It is very powerful, the “zap”sounds is very loud, my families is a little scared about it for the beginning. I have already used it for killing all most 30+ mosquitoes and fruit flies. Automatic mode- UV for attracting flies, this is really amazing, especially when I leave it outside the garden. it really does the job. But I will recommend to use it while charging it. I founded the last 30mins seems not that attract mosquitos cause the blue light is not so bright. Anyway so far it is the best zapper racket I have, I defiantly will recommend to my friends!
I thought when we bought this, that it would be good for keeping flies, bees and mosquitos away from our picnic table. Unfortunately it didn't work during the day. We will try it again on our next camping trip (at night when the blue light can be seen) while we're sitting around the table or campfire, and hopefully it will do a good job. When we used it recently to eliminate our ground bees, we were so impressed with this product that we purchased two more for our family members.
Works as a wand bug zapper and stands up by itself to work on its own! Sometimes we get a lot of small flying bugs if we go out out back slider so I leave this on at night and hear em get zapped!
I'e had two or three of these before but this is by far the best. All I can add is that after getting one I immediately ordered another one.

This is worth every penny! Every year, a zillion flies magically appear in the house for the entirety of summer, and every year, I become Mr. Miyagi and snatch these sky raisins out of the air, but they multiply too fast. But this year, I got this trusty zapper, and it has never been so easy or fun. Yeah, I said it. FUN. The crackle and zap when you catch a winged foe within the grid is more satisfying than words can relay. My husband claims I get a maniacal laugh whenever I go about my bug killing spree, and he's probably right. I'll say it again: the zapping confirmation of your kill is SO. SATISFYING.
